At long last, the HOA board, in accordance with our updated bylaws, is ready to receive applications for exterior home renovations that depart from the Design Guidelines under the Restrictive Covenant. The application form has been saved to the documents portion of our website. 

 

Homeowners wishing to complete updates to their home that differ from the original design guidelines can submit a proposal to the board including the details such as type of material or product, links to product website, colour, etc.  Applications can be made through email by sending applications to info@blackburnecreek.com.  Alternatively, applications can be made in writing and sent to:

Once received, the board will endeavour to respond to the application within 60 days. Applications will first be reviewed by the Review Committee.  In considering these applications, the Committee and the board will reflect on 2025 AGM Homeowner surveys.  The final decision will be made by the board.  In addition to notifying the owner, the community will be notified of applications that have been approved through email updates, posting on our website, billboard and to social media.  If you are interested in joining the Review Committee, please contact the HOA board at info@blackburnecreek.com

While ultimately decisions and approvals rest with the HOA board members, we greatly value the thoughts of our members and neighbours.
