It was a difficult summer for gardeners in our area with one big rainstorm and hailstorm after another in July, but in the end, selecting 20 homes as finalists in the annual front yard contest - Blackburne in Bloom wasn't easy...

99 Blackburn Drive West took home the top award in the annual Front Yard contest in Blackburne Creek this year...

Judges had a tough time separating the top four homes in the 2010 Front yards in Bloom Contest for Blackburne Creek, but in the end, 929 Blackett Wynd (pictured below) took home the top prize...
