Code of Ethics Policy Adopted

The Board of Directors of the Blackburne Creek HOA has adopted a formal Code of Ethics and Conduct Policy.

While we have yet to encounter problems with Board members not adhering to a common sense code of ethics, some behaviors after our last Annual General Meeting were heading that way and the Board decided to formalize a code of conduct for all to reference.

Given the Board’s duty towards fiduciary care of the HOA, this should assist new as well as existing Board members when confronted with certain situations that can arise from time to time. In the interests of transparency, this document can be seen below and is also posted under the Documents section of this website.
