ETS Bus Network Redesign

Various rumours have been circulating regarding cancellation of bus service in and out of Blackburne Creek. In essence, the City is planning to refine the bus network over the next couple of years.

A website provides a draft of routes for the Basic Bus Network Service and states: After the basic bus network is finalized using these types of routes, then we will add in community buses, school specials, late night OWL service and options for some neighbourhoods that will have longer walking distances.

Blackburne Creek is currently on a ‘Weekday Peak Hours Only’ bus route (Route 48).  In the Bus Network Redesign we would like Blackburne Creek to have a community bus.
