They say that good fences make good neighbours… For our community, the green fences contribute to a cohesive look and feel. We heard from residents through the AGM survey that the traditional green fences are important to our members. Collectively, we all need to monitor our fences to note deteriorating condition of the boards along with fading paint colors and make repairs to keep these in good condition.

The Restrictive Covenant lists the approved stain color as:
1. ‘Forest’ made by Olympic Paints. Cloverdale and Rona both have these paint specs on file for 'Forest'
In addition, Color Theory Design Studio Ltd. (2328 Elwood Dr SW) is a Bejamin Moore Retailer and was previously willing to offer our residents a 15% off discount.
The historically acceptable alternatives are:
1. ‘Evergreen’ made by Behr Contemporary, last known available at Home Depot
2. ‘Evergreen’ made by Benjamin Moore, last known available at Kans of Any Colour (3821-99 Street)
3. ‘Leafy Bower’ made by Pratt and Lambert, last known available at Expressions at Home (9810-51 Avenue)
