We are in the final phases of developing a process and form to enable members to make a request to the board for an alternate design. These are being developed following consultation with working group members, our legal counsel and in consideration of the surveys completed by members at the November AGM. We will be posting this information on the website in the near future.
Once posted, the HOA board will receive applications for alternate designs. The HOA board will endeavour to review and respond to applications within 60 days. Members will be notified of approvals through the website, billboard and emails.
Please note that the survey results are available in the member’s portal for all members to review. The ‘row labels’ underneath the graph for each pie include the comments and suggestions made by members. As there were several questions where participants could select several options/responses, you will note that the total number of responses differ between questions.
As the HOA board moves forward, we will continue to seek input from community members who have diverse perspectives and who are willing to work together towards solutions. While ultimately decisions and approvals rest with the HOA board members, we greatly value the thoughts of our members and neighbours.
